The FAST '24 mentoring program is designed to give student attendees a chance to get to know more people at the conference, get career advice from a senior member of the community, and obtain more feedback on their research.
Student mentees will be paired with faculty, postdocs, or industry mentors. Mentors will be responsible for meeting with their mentees for at least 30 minutes, either prior to or at the conference.
The program is open to both undergraduate and graduate student mentees. Mentors and mentees will be paired based on their areas of expertise and interests and are expected to attend FAST '24 in person. Mentors and mentees are also invited to a student meetup at FAST '24 on Wednesday, February 28, at 5:30 pm, which will also be open to all student attendees and FAST '24 organizers.
